Before starting off with demanding Toyota Corolla Fielder, it is necessary to touch a bit of history. It is called Corolla Fielder because it is a station model, introduced in 2000. Just to make things simple, it is a Corolla with different body shape. The Corolla Fielder of 2000 also called Corolla Fielder E120 that has longer wheelbase and more edgier-body style. Wheelbase is the distance between the centers of the front and rear wheels.
A vehicle with a longer wheel base usually rides smoother both on and off the road. Corolla E120 was designed from the viewpoint of supporting the needs of various car markets. E120 ruled the world till 2006 when it was replaced by E140 in late 2006 or early 2007. (See table A for details).
